The Arkansas County Arts Festival is held in Stuttgart, Arkansas County, Arkansas, every September. The festival was founded by artist, A.P. "Pete" Finken. The festival helps support local Arkansas artists by showcasing their works to the public. Carolyn Holly, a teenager from Stuttgrat, holds her oil landscape painting that won Second place in the adult division. She was awarded first place in the youth division for watercolors and graphics.
